Bryce Duke founded The Duke Law Firm on that principle. Bryce has built his practice around one goal: protecting clients from unfair treatment by insurance companies and holding wrongdoers accountable. He has handled hundreds of first-party insurance claims and serious injury cases, with losses ranging from thousands to millions of dollars, and has recovered tens of millions on behalf of his clients.
Background
A Texas native, Bryce graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin, earning both B.S. and B.A. degrees before attending Baylor Law School, where he graduated cum laude. While at Baylor, he competed in multiple moot court competitions and served as a legal intern at the Texas House of Representatives. These experiences gave him early insight into how the law affects real people and strengthened his ability to advocate effectively.
Bryce began his career in 2011 litigating complex business, product liability, and patent disputes, and later joined a boutique class action firm representing individuals and companies in high-stakes lawsuits against some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies and auto manufacturers. That experience—going toe-to-toe with major corporations—shapes his approach today: meticulous preparation, deep understanding of the law, and fearless advocacy for his clients.
Since 2016, Bryce has devoted his practice to representing policyholders and injury victims across Texas. He has been instrumental in securing high-value settlements, including the largest property-damage settlement in his previous firm’s history, and continues to take pride in guiding his clients through the legal process with compassion, clarity, and relentless determination.

Bryce lives in New Braunfels, Texas, and is married to Brittney Duke. They have three children, Hank, Ruby, and Jack.​​​
